results of an experiment i did on myself:
when a store is playing christmas music* i am more inclined to hand over the contents of my wallet to the person behind the counter. the reasoning behind this new discovery will be further studied.
after making purchases, my mom/aunt/sister would be like "oh that's cute, who did you buy that for?"
"...um. myself...."
